Twitch Prime is giving users 19 free games this month!

Amazon’s going all-out for Prime Day! Our reporter Caroline takes a look at the titles on offer.

As part of its capitalist drum circle for Prime Day, Amazon’s Twitch Prime will give away 19 free games to subscribers during the month of July. Games range from Obsidian titles Tyranny and Pillars of Eternity to quirky Battle Chef Brigade and puzzlers like Uurnog and Qube 2.

Users need to use Twitch’s desktop client in order to download the games, which means they probably boot through the desktop client and can’t be run separately. By releasing so many free games at once and on a clever schedule, Amazon guarantees a certain number of daily logins to the desktop client while also giving users enough of a library for them to stick around in it for at least a while.

Critics have called Twitch’s game sales side underdeveloped and unintuitive, but an influx of new users might incentivize Amazon to spend some money upgrading its infrastructure.

Here’s a complete list of the games to be offered during July:

  • Battle Chef Brigade
  • The Bridge
  • Broken Age
  • Brutal Legend
  • Deponia Doomsday
  • Gonner
  • Hue
  • The Last Blade
  • Manual Samuel
